Get Curious About Going Back-to-School is program designed to help youth ages 7–10 start the school year feeling capable and confident.
Each day focuses on a different skill area:
With the help of our horses, participants will learn to recognize what they are feeling, notice how emotions affect their bodies, and practice simple ways to pause and calm down. They will also discover how looking for something good can help them handle difficult situations in a healthier way.
Gratitude does not mean ignoring an uncomfortable emotion. It means recognizing the feeling and choosing how to respond.
