Performing simple gratitude exercises allows us to develop a positive mindset to see life clearly. Our four-legged teachers will help your child understand that gratitude isn’t just creating a list of things to be grateful for but rather living in the present. Turning obstacles into “the best thing that ever happened to me!”
Give your child the opportunity to learn about the work horse through reading, researching, observing and presenting about past and present work horses.
Your child will participate in a variety of activities including learning about which breeds do which jobs as well as imagining what jobs our horse buddies would be best at if they worked elsewhere.

Your child will discover new adventures as they learn about the “wild” days of the old West. Fire up your child’s enthusiasm with fishing, campfire stories, traveling the trail, horse-themed crafts, scooping horse “apples,” and learning to lasso the runaway calf. Connect with an authentic wild west experience while learning some fun skills. It’s time to giddy up and hit the trail with your little cowboy or cowgirl.
Learning to measure can feel challenging. Our four-legged teachers make learning these valuable skills a hands-on activity. Measuring our horses takes the boring out of math, ensuring an interactive activity. This isn’t your typical math class! Your child will experience a variety of measuring tools, many of them only found in the world of horses. Participants will measure the horses’ height, calculate the weight of all the horses and create their own obstacle course.
Looking forward to going back to school is exciting for some children. But sometimes, it can feel scary or overwhelming to children. Maybe it’s starting a new grade, feeling anxious about a subject they don’t like or getting used to the school schedule again. Whatever challenge your child may face, we are here to help. Our equine teachers will show them how to change their mindset from fear to BE BOLD.
