“Mad-itude vs Gratitude”

This program is full. If you would like to put your child on the waitlist: https://forms.gle/Sf3FSQ6iSQAzHTNr6
In times of stress, it sure can be difficult for all of us to change one’s mindset of “mad-itude” to gratitude. However, did you know that it all starts – breathing like a horse? Did you know that horses can only breathe in/out through their noises – helping regulate their emotions?
If your youth could learn a thing about changing the mindset from entitlement to gratitude, then this is course for him! Your youth will partner with a horse to engage in some pretty fun activities – so fun, he won’t even know that his is learning this super valuable life skill!
