HorsePowered Life Skills: “Leadership Skills”

Good leaders know: how to build rapport with others; understand it takes many roles to form a group; knows the importance of listening and recognizes that he does not need to be in control of all things at all times.

With the help of the horses, your child will have the opportunity to learn and practice these qualities through a variety of equine-assisted activities.

Life skills:  Teamwork, Listening, Emotional Regulation, and Trust

The program will run three (3) consecutive evenings- 1.5 hours each evening

• 6:00 – 7:30 PM
• Up to a maximum of 6 participants – dependent upon the number of students that have a behavior Individual Education Plan.
• Registration closes:  Friday, September 11 @ midnight.

Cost:  $180/$75

Grades:  Kindergarten and up

Scholarships:

• There are no full scholarships available at this time.
• Partial Scholarships ($75) are not limited.
