Volunteer Training – Tuesday

Arena Volunteer – Equine-Assisted Learning
Volunteers work directly in the arena during youth sessions, observing both horse and child behavior. You’ll help redirect frustration, encourage problem-solving, and support youth as they develop confidence, emotional regulation, communication, and academic skills — all on the ground with horses.
No previous horse experience needed. We’ll provide training. You bring awareness and a willingness to learn.
Time spent volunteering for LyonHeart EAL will count toward school and community service hours.
Volunteers must:
- 12 years old and up
- Complete a volunteer application
- Complete a background check (for those 19 years and up)
- Complete a Release of Liability Form https://www.lyonheartequinelearning.org/release-of-liability/
- Be willing to be a team-player
Summer Training:
