Building a strong relationship with oneself is the foundation for creating meaningful, healthy connections with others. This five-week program provides youth with the opportunity to develop self-acceptance and authenticity – essential elemental of al positive relationships.
Through equine-assisted activities, youth will build key life skills such as self-awareness, confidence, empathy, trust and resilience. Youth will team with the same horse throughout the five weeks, helping them develop valuable life skills they need to grow.
Youth who successfully complete the five-week program will have first opportunity to enroll in the Stable Relationship II program in July.
Who: Youth who are 11 years old and older
Dates: Five (5) consecutive Tuesdays, beginning April 15 through May 13.
Time: 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Registration Fee:
All activities are completed in an out-door setting (corral and activity shelter). Closed-toed shoes are mandatory. No riding and previous horse experience needed.
Program value is $500 per individual. Thanks to our generous sponsors, the remaining costs have been covered by the Snow Redfern Foundation.
