SUMMARY:Mondays:  3-weeks After School Program
DESCRIPTION:Our new Afterschool program is an adventure where kids grow their minds and hearts with the help of horses—no riding required! Each week\, we focus on a different skill: hands-on math activities measuring horses and mapping out an obstacle course\, reading brought to life through horse-themed stories and scavenger hunts\, and life skills like teamwork\, responsibility\, and communication. Students will partner with our horses while discovering how academics connect to the real world. It’s a one-of-a-kind way to finish the school day—full of laughter\, learning\, and a whole lot of fun. \nWhen: 3 consecutive weeks –Monday\, September 29\, Oct. 6 & 13 \nTime:  4:00 – 5:30 p.m. \nGrades:  Kindergarten and UP \nSnacks: A light snack and water will be provided. Youth are welcome to bring their own snacks\, as well. \nLocation: 3135 West 22nd Street\, Kearney\, NE \nRelease of Liability Form required: https://www.lyonheartequinelearning.org/release-of-liability/ \nRegistration Fee: \n\n$60 for the three-week-program (prepay)\nVenmo: @Lyoness-8077 (phone number ending 0135)\nRegistration payment link – adding a $3.00 service fee – https://www.lyonheartequinelearning.org/register/registration-payment/\n\nAll activities are completed in an out-door setting (corral and activity shelter).   Closed-toed shoes are mandatory.  No riding and previous horse experience needed. \nProgram value is $150 per individual for the 3 weeks.
